Chicken Stir Fry - homemade sauce


Time for some "from scratch" sauce making

1 to 1 1/2 pounds chicken
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger

onion
cauliflower
broccoli
snow peas and or carrots
mushrooms
peppers and or green beans
OR
1 bag Aldi Stir Fry Veg mix (without sauce)

heat soy, vinegar, 1/2 chicken broth, garlic and ginger - saute until tender
add the meat - saute five minutes
add the veggies - saute until tender and the chicken is no longer pink in the middle
