Monday, April 19th ... Homestyle Turkey Meatloaf $7.18
Happy Birthday to me
Let me make my husband's favorite meatloaf for you
it's the perfect way to celebrate
Homestyle Turkey Meatloaf'
1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey$2.29
1 onion chopped.40
4 egg whites .32
1 cup salsa .40
3/4 up old fashioned oats, uncooked.20
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix$2.59
1/4 tsp ground black pepper.05
1/2 cup ketchup.20
Preheat oven to 350
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, egg whites, salsa, oats, soup mix, and black pepper. Press firmly into a 9" by 5" loaf pan and spread ketchup over top. Bake in preheated oven until meatloaf is no longer pink in the center and juice is clear - 60 min.
serve with mashed potatoes with "hidden" cauliflower

8oz cauliflower .50
total delicious and well balanced meal- $7.18
