Grocery Shop for 10-3 to 10-8

Here's what you'll be buying for a full week of meals this go-round:

Scoops (Tostitos) Chips
jarred artichoke hearts (in water, not marinated)
white wine vinegar
dijon mustard
canola oil
flour
coconut
baking powder
red pepper flakes
parsley
garlic

sour cream
cottage cheese
fresh salsa (or jarred)
eggs
Mozzarella cheese

1 can tomatoes diced or stewed
2 can black beans
1 pkg taco seasoning
crushed pineapple
bread crumbs
parmesan cheese
marinara - spicy marinara if available.

lettuce
field greens
mango
big carrots
potatoes
onions
(Big) Zucchini

spaghetti squash

lump crab meat

1 lb ground turkey
cooked, tail on Shrimp
3 lb beef roast

1 can beer
