Artichoke and Crab meat on Field Greens

Not much of a secret what's going to be in this salad is it?
we searched out this awesome sounding recipe with a yummy soundng dijon dressing from scratch - sounds great, and we're super excited to have this during Biggest Loser night!

Artichoke and Crab meat on Field Greens
1 jar artichoke quarters in water, drained $2.29
1 pound lump crab meat (or 2 cans crab meat, drained)
8 ounces field greens $1.99
roasted red peppers OPTIONAL and if available

dijon dressing:
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
4 tsp dijon mustard
pinch salt & pepper
1/2 cup canola oil (or other type of oil of choosing)

mix dressing - allow to flavor through for a while!

Set 4 plates with field greens with meat & artichokes, drizzle with dressing and enjoy the savory combination of flavors.
