WE bought EVERYTHING ON THIS LIST AT ALDI - AND WE EACH SPENT ABOUT $65.00... YOU CAN TOO!!!

Meat/seafood
Fresh Pork chops – enough for your family
Fit & Active Ground turkey – 18 ounces
Frozen Chicken Tenders 2.5 lb. bag
Frozen Medium sized Shrimp – 1 bag
4 Individually quick frozen Salmon fillets

Fruits & Vegetables
Kidney beans (16 ounce can)
Small can mushrooms
Tomato sauce ($.25 size)
Tomato paste ($.40 size)
Black beans

Fresh Pears (your choice of fruit here!)
Fresh mushrooms (sliced if available)
Onions (red, yellow, your choice on which kind)
Fresh peppers, green or colored if you choose
Baby Spinach leaves
Salad greens – romaine hearts or your choice
Potatoes (1 med. per person)
Sweet Potatoes (1 med/large per person)

Fresh or Frozen Broccoli- your choice
Fresh or Frozen Cauliflower – your choice

Frozen Green beans
Frozen Peas

Dairy/Refrigerated
1 c. shredded cheddar
4 c. shredded mozzarella
1 dozen eggs
Pepperoni – 8 ounce “pillow pack”

Frozen Goods – non meat
Oriental Stir Fry Mix (we choose teriyaki)
Cheese Ravioli – 1 box

Miscellaneous
16-24 ounce jar salsa (not fresh)
1 envelope chili mix
Hoaggie rolls or other bread for Paninis
1 box pasta – mixed shapes if available
1 reg. Jar marinara or other flavor pasta sauce
Roasted Red Peppers
Bread Crumbs (you’ll need about 1 cup)
1 pkg. wild rice mix … we found Uncle Ben’s!
Marinated artichokes – 1 jar
Approx. 8 inch tortillas – about 5

  1. Sorry, I can't figure out how to attach a list in a word document or spreadsheet format, yet, but I'm sure I will! For now, e-mail this posting to yourself (envelope button after my "list") then print it out. Sorry, but it's the best I can do for now. Oh, the nice thing about what I just suggested is that then you can add your own personal needs like lunchmeat, bread, carrots, yogurt, and milk & apple juice!! see ... helping you where ever I can!
